Nicole M. Stephens

Nicole Marie Stephens is an active and proud member of the Fayette County Board of REALTORS and the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers family. Nicole carries the values of ethics, hard work, and integrity into everything she does. With a natural inclination for top notch service, she has a proactive problem-solving approach to deliver results for her clients.

Nicole was born into an entrepreneurial family, so persistence and negotiation skills are in her DNA. Her passion for real estate came from watching her mother buy investment properties and helping her flip homes in her late teens.

For the past 19 years, Nicole has also been an active member of her community, she is excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate. She understands market trends and is able to educate and inform her clients when assisting with their homebuying and selling needs.

When Nicole isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Nicole lives in Fairburn, Ga with her husband and two sons.
